All clothing items are machine washable in cold water with the garment turned inside out. Line dry is recommended, but may be dried in low heat settings. Please avoid ironing directly on designs.
All clothing items come packaged in a clear poly bag for protection and shipped in an envelope. All clothing items will also include a wash + care instruction card/label.

Customization on an active listing will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the request. If the processing time exceeds our 3 days or we anticipate a design will take longer to develop, these will be noted in the "Custom Listing" with buyer.

We ship USPS First Class. Shipping time within the US is typically 2-5 business days, and depends on the post office/location/weather/etc.
Please understand that we have no control over orders once they are in the hands of the post office, but will be happy to help you if have any trouble regarding the delivery of your order.
DIY Custom Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered mail. Once an order is shipped you will be provided with a USPS tracking number that you can use to reference shipping status.
If your tracking info shows that it's been accepted by the USPS and you have not received your items, you must contact the USPS with provided tracking information to help resolve the issue or file a claim.
Below are the "Estimated" shipping times from the date of shipment. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has processed.
